FREDERICK HOME BATHROOM RENOVATION

The Frederick Home Bathroom Renovation seamlessly integrates modern functionality with timeless elegance, transforming a once-cramped space in the historic home into a harmonious blend of practicality and sophistication. The project's primary objective was to create a dual-purpose bathroom that caters to the daily needs of young children while also serving guests during social gatherings.

By eliminating the constraining elements of the previous layout—a cumbersome tub and elongated vanity—we crafted a more open, fluid environment. A carefully curated palette of natural materials forms the visual and tactile foundation of the new bathroom. We chose Calacatta Viola marble, with its dramatic burgundy and violet veining, to infuse the space with vibrant energy and chromatic depth, balanced by the inclusion of nero marquina herringbone mosaic in the shower area, introducing a layer of contrast and texture. Dolomite serves as the backdrop to these unifying element, its durability ensuring longevity in the face of daily use while its luminous quality amplifies the sense of spaciousness.

The Frederick Home Bathroom Renovation strikes a delicate balance—between old and new, practicality and luxury, youthful energy and mature sophistication. It is a space that adapts to its users, offering a nurturing environment for children's daily routines while transforming into an impressive showcase for guests.
